Hello, I’m Helen—a compassionate and forward-thinking naturopath dedicated to delivering the highest quality healthcare to my clients.
I take a comprehensive approach, using scientific, evidence-based practices, functional testing, blood pathology and clinical insight, to create personalised treatments that achieve the best possible results for each individual.
Collaboration is key to optimal health, which is why I work alongside medical doctors to develop an integrated healthcare model that benefits both individuals and society as a whole.
MY STORY
After a decade in the finance industry, as an investment banker, traveling between Wellington, London, and Sydney, I made a life-changing decision to pursue my passion for natural medicine.
Having personally experienced its profound benefits, I retrained in Sydney to become a Naturopath and Nutritionist, driven by the desire to help others unlock their full health potential and transform their well-being.
With clinical experience across both Australia and New Zealand, I now call Mount Maunganui home, where I have established my private practice, dedicated to empowering individuals on their path to optimal health.
My philosophy is balance in everything you do. I believe healthy is a way of life.
MY QUALIFICATIONS
I am a degree qualified naturopath, having completed my Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy in 2012 (Australian College of Natural Therapies, Sydney) and Bachelor of Health Science (majoring in Nutritional Medicine) in 2014 (Endeavour College of Natural Therapies, Sydney).
Soon after this I launched my Health and Wellness business Alive Natural Health.
I am also in private practice, a consultant to Industry and a contributor to health & lifestyle magazines and websites such as body and soul, and nine msn.
