Your Appointment
The Consultation Process – Initial
During your initial consultation, a thorough case history is taken, which includes details of your current and past health conditions, a review of your diet, lifestyle and any environmental factors which may be influencing your health.
Following your initial appointment, and with all the relevant information, we will design an individual treatment & health care plan. Your treatment plan ensures optimal health is achieved effectively and efficiently.
You will be prescribed dietary recommendations, nutritional supplements, herbal supplements/tonics, and any lifestyle recommendations that enhance your health and well-being.
If functional pathology (blood tests, salivary hormones, hair mineral analysis) is required, this will be discussed at the appointment.
The Consultation Process- Follow-up
Helen will recommend follow-up consultations after your initial visit, but they are commonly recommended fortnightly and then monthly until your issues are resolved or goals are achieved.
These check-ins are essential as people progress through healing in different ways, so treatment plans may need to be altered and recommendations adjusted so you continue to receive the most specific therapy for the best results.

For all your health concerns – you receive a treatment plan, including dietary recommendations, nutritional & herbal supplement prescriptions. Functional testing and blood work is explored in this option.
Initial Consultation: Up to 1 hour – $240
Follow up Consultations: Up to 30 mins – $110
Acute Consultation
This is for acute conditions only i.e., colds and flu.
Practitioner supplements can also be prescribed and herbal tinctures. This can also be useful for supplement review.
One-off Consultation: up to 30 mins – $75
Express Herbal Formula Consultation
One-off Consultation for a personalised herbal tincture.
15-30 mins – $60 + Cost of herbal tincture.
Repeat bottles can be requested at no additional charge.

Online consultations are popular and just as effective as face-to-face consultations. All supplements are ordered online and delivered to your door.
Zoom and phone consultations require your medical records to be forwarded to Helen before the consultation. Please email Helen directly to arrange this.
