Smoothie Goodness

The beauty of smoothies is that they are quick, easy and jam packed with goodness. I have one almost daily as a snack, which sometimes becomes lunch if I am busy with work/house/mum stuff. I throw everything into a blender and can sip away whilst rushing around, its the perfect on-the-go!
Try a smoothie challenge and for a month have a smoothie every.single.day. I PROMISE you will feel amazing at the end.
