Chocolate Mousse

This recipe is loaded with raw Cacao, which is one of the highest plant-based sources of magnesium.
We all know magnesium helps you to relax, but did you know it also helps you turn glucose into energy enabling your brain to work with laser-sharp clarity and focus!? Yep, it does.

Ingredients
½ cup of maple syrup
2 large ripe avocados
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste
½ cup of raw cacao
Pinch of sea salt
Combine all the ingredients in a high-performance blender.
Place the maple syrup in first followed by avocado, banana, vanilla, cacao and salt. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Spoon into a bowl and all to cool and set in the fridge.
Serve with your favourite fresh fruit – blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, mango.
Optional: Adding 2 Tbsp’s of cocoa butter or coconut oil will firm up the chocolate mousse
